How to cook Spinach salad with turkey, pear and grapefruit
Step 1

We take our turkey fillet, rinse thoroughly with cold water and dry with paper towels.
Step 2

Cut the turkey fillet into small medallions.
Step 3

We prepare the marinade. Our salad has a lot of sweet fruit ingredients, so the turkey should complement the sweet flavor combination of products. In no case do sour-milk or alcoholic marinades for poultry work here. We will use a sweet marinade with oriental notes, for this we mix 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1.5 tablespoons of honey. With the flat side of a knife, crush the garlic cloves and place in the marinade for a special piquancy. We place our medallions in the resulting marinade and let them soak well.
Step 4

While our turkey is marinating, prepare the rest of the ingredients for our salad. We clean the grapefruit and carefully remove all white films so that none of them get into our salad and add bitterness.
Step 5

Cut the pear into thin slices.
Step 6

Grind prepared prunes (washed in cold water and dried with paper towels).
Step 7

Roast the seeds and nuts in a dry frying pan. Then chop the walnuts.
Step 8

We wash the spinach and oakleef lettuce leaves with cold water, dry them, remove the hard petioles and chop them by hand (we tear the leaves into 2-3 parts).
Step 9

Preparing salad dressing. To do this, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tsp lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. You can add some crushed garlic if you like. In a separate bowl, mix lettuce, spinach, pear and prunes and season with the prepared sauce (do not touch the rest of the ingredients yet).
Step 10

All the ingredients are prepared, it remains to cook the turkey. To do this, place our medallions on a preheated grill pan or home grill for 2-3 minutes until cooked. The aroma during cooking is just incredibly appetizing!
Step 11

Remove the finished medallions from the grill, let cool slightly and cut into slices.
Step 12

It remains for us to "collect" our salad. To do this, put some of the prepared grapefruit slices on a serving dish, cover them with a salad from a bowl (pear + prunes + spinach + oakleaf salad) on top, then put a few pieces of grapefruit on top again and place a beautiful turkey. Sprinkle the salad with seeds and chopped walnuts on top.
Step 13

Our salad is ready! And you can no longer restrain yourself, start tasting as soon as possible) Bon appetit everyone!
