Marinade for barbecue on yogurt
The same meat acquires a completely different taste, being put in different marinades. Experiment, try, come up with your own recipes!
Ingredients
Servings per 1 kg of meat- 250 g thick natural yoghurt
- 4 cm fresh ginger root
- 1 st. l. curry powder
- 0.5 tbsp. l. salt
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Ginger peel and grate, add to yogurt. Mix the resulting mixture with curry powder.
Step 2
Rub the meat with salt and pepper, put in the marinade, close and marinate from 2 hours at room temperature to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
