Zucchini casserole with feta

Why not try making a casserole instead of the usual zucchini pancakes? If the farm has a food processor, then the dish will take very little effort and time.
How to cook Zucchini casserole with feta
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
Step 2
Grate the zucchini in a food processor (or by hand).
Step 3
Transfer the grated zucchini to a saucepan, warm for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer the contents of the saucepan with a slotted spoon to a large baking dish so that excess liquid drains. If necessary, pre-grease the mold with oil. Crumble feta cheese there, season and add chopped herbs. Mix and tamp.
Step 5
Beat eggs, add grated nutmeg, pour zucchini. Sprinkle with grated parmesan.
Step 6
Place the form in the oven, heated to 190 degrees, for 30-40 minutes, so that the top grabs and browns. Cool slightly and cut into squares. Enjoy your meal!
