How to cook Zrazy stuffed with chicken meat
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut into pieces of 1–1.5 cm. Wash, dry and finely chop the greens. Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Heat the butter in a frying pan and quickly fry the chicken meat for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add herbs and cheese to the pan. Stir and immediately remove from heat. Let cool.
Step 3
On the work surface of the table sprinkled with white breading, put the flat cakes molded from minced meat. Put in the middle of each 1 tbsp. l. fillings. With your hands, connect the edges of the cake and form cutlets.
Step 4
Fry in hot oil for 4 minutes. from each side. Reduce heat and cook covered for 10 minutes.
