Bulgur with mushrooms

Cookinero 3 May 2025

Stewed champignons add a piquant flavor to any dish. And their combination with “Turkish wheat” — bulgur — creates unusual flavors. Prepare bulgur with mushrooms and chicken fillet according to our recipe. If you are a vegetarian, exclude meat from the recipe. For a delicate flavor, choose small fresh champignons.
