Quick Stuffed Peppers

You can’t classify traditional stuffed peppers as fast food, so they immediately cook it in a large saucepan. But our recipe is completely different, half an hour - and you're done.
How to cook Quick Stuffed Peppers
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200˚C. Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds. Place the peppers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat a skillet with olive oil and quickly sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant, 3 minutes.

Add the mince and cook over high heat, breaking up any clumps of minced meat with a spatula, 7 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, add oregano and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4

Fill the pepper halves with stuffing. Grate the cheese, set aside a little for serving and sprinkle with pepper. Put in the oven for 10 min.
Step 5

Cut cherry tomatoes into 4 pieces. Slice the lettuce thinly. Finely chop the parsley leaves. Put the prepared stuffed peppers on a dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, parsley, lettuce and cherry tomatoes, put a spoonful of sour cream and serve immediately.
