Turkey roll
Chicken and turkey are very fond of all kinds of greens and nuts. Therefore, fresh thyme or mint, chopped walnuts or peanuts can be added to minced meat.
How to cook Turkey roll
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Finely chop parsley or cilantro. Mix bread crumbs with yogurt and leave for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Mix minced meat with onions, herbs, a mixture of bread crumbs and yogurt, add salt and spices.
Step 3
Hard boil eggs, peel and finely chop. Wash the spinach, dry it and chop relatively finely (not into crumbs).
Step 4
Cover a small form (I have a glass form about 7x15 cm deep 4 cm) with parchment, lay out half the minced meat. Top with a layer of spinach and a layer of eggs. With the last layer, evenly distribute the remaining minced meat.
Step 5
If desired, the top of the roll can be smeared with tomato sauce, grainy mustard, or any thick sauce that goes well with a turkey. But this is optional
Step 6
Preheat oven to 180°C degrees. Cover the form with the roll with foil and put in the oven for 40 minutes. Remove foil and leave for another 10 minutes.
