Step 1

Prepare the dough in a bread maker. To do this, lay out the ingredients for the dough in the following sequence - water, flour, butter, sugar, salt, yeast. Turn on dough mode. At the end of the kneading, remove the dough from the HP and put it in a bowl sprinkled with flour. Leave for 25-30 minutes in a warm place.

Peel the onion, finely chop. Saute onions and mushrooms in vegetable oil. Boil buckwheat until tender in salted water.

Add boiled buckwheat to the mushroom-onion filling, mix. Let cool. The filling is ready.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll each into a layer about 1 cm thick.

Put the buckwheat-mushroom filling on the layer.

Roll up into a roll.

Put the roll in a baking dish. Cut out stars from the rest of the dough and place on top of the roll. Let stand in a warm place for 20 minutes. Brush top of roll with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 35 minutes.
