Step 1
Cut eggplant in half, salt, leave for 20 minutes.

Step 5
Stuff the eggplant with the mixture.
Step 6
Wrap in foil, put on the bottom of the multicooker bowl. Set the BAKING mode to 40-45 minutes. Or bake in the oven.
