Oyster mushroom paprikash
Paprikash is a Hungarian dish consisting of pieces of meat stewed in cream with onions and spices. The key ingredient is paprika, which is where the dish gets its name. How to cook Oyster mushroom paprikash

Cut the bell pepper into strips.

Finely chop the onion. Chop the garlic.
