Step 1

Cut the tomatoes crosswise, place for 10 seconds. in boiling water, remove the skin and seeds. Ham, sweet pepper and tomatoes cut into small cubes. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and cut into slices. Peel onion and garlic, finely chop. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add all the prepared ingredients, fry for 2 minutes, add the broth and cook over medium heat for another 5 minutes.

80 g lean boiled ham
0.5 red sweet pepper
4 tbsp. l. vegetable broth
olive oil - 2 tbsp.
onion - 1 small onion
garlic - 1 clove
