A light dessert is the dream of all apologists for a healthy diet who cannot imagine life without sweets. And the spectacular presentation only enhances the desire to eat IT immediately!

How to cook Ricotta and grape jelly dessert

Step 1

Beat ricotta with liquid honey with a blender. If the honey is thick, you can slightly "melt" in the microwave.

Step 2

My grapes, cut into halves, remove the seeds.

Step 3

Soak gelatin in a small amount of cold water to swell for 25 minutes. Then heat over low heat or a water bath until completely dissolved. Cool slightly and add most of it to the grape juice. We pour the future jelly into bowls at an angle. Lay out the grapes. In the same inclined position, we fix them in the refrigerator and wait for solidification.

Step 4

The remaining gelatin is mixed with ricotta. After the jelly has hardened, calmly lay out the cheese part in the already standing bowls and send them back to the refrigerator for final solidification.
