Peaches with Gorgonzola

Wash the peaches, pat dry. Cut in half, remove pit. Mix Gorgonzola with mashed butter, sugar, nuts; add lemon juice and cognac. Mix well until smooth. Fill peach halves with cheese cream. Withstand 30 min. in the refrigerator to soak better. Whip cream. Arrange the peaches on a serving platter, drizzle with whipped cream and serve.
