1. Wash parsley, dry and finely chop. Peel the onion, cut into large pieces and chop in a blender along with nuts. Heat the oil in a saucepan, put the onion-nut mixture, add sour cream and simmer for 6 minutes. Remove from fire. Add chopped parsley. Salt to taste, stir. Keep warm until serving. 2. Wash the zucchini, cut into long wide ribbons with a vegetable peeler. 3. Boil the noodles. For 2 min. until ready to add zucchini. Throw away in a colander. Pour hot sauce over and serve immediately.
