Description
The sunny yellow color of muffins with cheese and olive oil will cheer you up and will certainly please your loved ones. In addition, muffins are more than a variety of pastries. Follow our advice at the end of the recipe and you will see for yourself.
Cooking
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease 8-12 muffin tins with butter. Sift flour with soda, baking powder, paprika, pepper and salt. Add grated cheese, sugar and semolina, mix.
Step 2
Separately, mix olive oil, cognac, cream and beaten eggs.
Step 3
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir quickly with a fork. Do not knead thoroughly - the mixture should remain heterogeneous, with lumps. Divide the batter among the molds, filling each 2/3 or 3/4 full. Bake in the center of the oven until golden brown, 25-30 minutes. Serve warm.
