Mediterranean Peppers

A light appetizer of baked pickled peppers stuffed with feta cheese or cottage cheese with chopped herbs.
How to cook Mediterranean Peppers
Step 1
First, we prepare the marinade from salt, sugar, olive oil and vinegar. Cut the pepper into pieces - halves or quarters, depending on the size. Leave the peppers in the marinade for 30 minutes.
Step 2

We spread the pickled pieces of peppers on a baking sheet covered with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes. until lightly browned on the bottom.
Step 3

While the peppers are baking, finely chop the greens and combine with cheese or cottage cheese.
Step 4

Ready pepper stuffed with cottage cheese with chopped herbs. We twist the stuffed peppers, fasten with skewers if desired and put in the refrigerator until serving.
