Puff pastry with apples
Puff pastry is the best option for those who are partial to homemade baking, but don’t want to spend half a day cooking. By the way, puff pastry was mentioned back in the 17th century, and its main component was butter, which is about the same amount as flour in the dough. It is thanks to butter that the finished puff pastries, pies and pastries have such a delicate texture. We added caramelized apples to this texture. All you have to do is cook it all and taste it.
How to cook Puff pastry with apples
Step 1

Melt butter and sugar in a heated frying pan. Add chopped apples and simmer over medium heat until juice evaporates and apples become soft.

Roll out the dough into a layer about 4 mm thick and cut into squares of the same size.
Step 3

Make small cuts on one side of the squares, place the apples on the other side and seal the edges of the dough tightly.
Step 4

Place the puff pastries on a baking sheet, brush with yolk and bake for 20 minutes.
