So from these leftovers you can easily, simply and quickly cook a wonderful French Charcutier pie. Surprise your friends with an unusual snack!

Cooking

Step 1

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Ham, bacon and sausage cut into small cubes

Step 2

Beat eggs with vegetable oil until white, add flour with baking powder and salt, mix thoroughly, gradually adding milk. Pour grated cheese, add meat ingredients.

Step 3

Pour the batter into a greased cake tin and place on the bottom or middle rack of the oven.

Step 4

Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C until golden brown, 40-45 minutes. Check the doneness of the cake with a toothpick before removing it from the mold (it should come out dry)

Step 5

Cool the pie on a wire rack. Before serving, the cake can be slightly warmed over coals on a wire rack lined with foil.

100 g low-fat raw smoked sausage
100 g bacon
100 g cured ham or spicy sausage with paprika
10 g baking powder
80 ml refined vegetable oil, plus more for greasing
