Coffee with smoked sea salt

This cold coffee drink will please those who love the combination of sweet and salty. Making it at home is pretty easy.

Cooking

Step 1

Coffee with smoked sea salt

Cover a large jar with cheesecloth and add coffee.

Step 2

Fill with clean, filtered water. Leave to infuse for 12 hours at room temperature. You will get a coffee drink for 16 servings.

Step 3

Make syrup by combining water, cane sugar, vanilla and smoked sea salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil to dissolve the sugar, then let cool.

Step 4

Strain the coffee and set the cheesecloth aside. In a tall glass, mix syrup with cold coffee.

Step 5

Add vanilla ice cream and top with some sparkling water.

Step 6

2 packs (500 g each) Svitlogorye vanilla ice cream
Sparkling water
Smoked sea salt for garnish
225 g coffee
3 liters of filtered water
1 cup of sugar
1 glass of water
1 vanilla pod*, small amount scraped off
A pinch of smoked sea salt
