How to cook Coffee with smoked sea salt
Step 1

Cover a large jar with cheesecloth and add coffee.
Step 2

Fill with clean, filtered water. Leave to infuse for 12 hours at room temperature. You will get a coffee drink for 16 servings.
Step 3

Make syrup by combining water, cane sugar, vanilla and smoked sea salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil to dissolve the sugar, then let cool.
Step 4

Strain the coffee and set the cheesecloth aside. In a tall glass, mix syrup with cold coffee.
Step 5

Add vanilla ice cream and top with some sparkling water.
Step 6

Garnish with smoked sea salt and enjoy.
