Coffee biscuits
These coffee biscuits are so tasty that they are addictive from the first try. Fortunately, you can very well go about your own desires and cook it as often as you want, especially since this process is simple and fairly quick. For cookies to succeed, choose the “right” ingredients. For example, the fat content of butter for dough should be at least 72% (preferably 82%). It is worth first making sure that the eggs are fresh. Well, let instant coffee be just very fragrant! If you do everything right, you will get wonderful cookies, which are not ashamed to serve even on the festive table.
How to cook Coffee biscuits
Step 1

Prepare coffee cookie dough. Cut the butter into small cubes, put in a mixer bowl and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Step 2

Sift flour through a fine sieve with salt, baking powder and ground cinnamon. Pour instant coffee into a cup, fill with boiling drinking water and mix thoroughly.
Step 3

Pour brown sugar into softened butter and beat until smooth. Add egg, cooked coffee and milk. Beat again.
Step 4

Combine the egg-butter mixture with flour. Thoroughly knead the coffee cookie dough. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes to thicken slightly.
Step 5

Heat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Spread the chilled dough in portions on a baking sheet at a distance of 3-4 cm from each other.
Step 6

Bake coffee cookies for about 10 minutes. Let cool directly on the baking sheet. Then put on a plate or in a biscuit bowl and serve with tea or coffee.
