How to cook Cucumber, lime and mint jam

Step 1

Cucumbers cut into large cubes 1x1 cm. Pour sugar in a saucepan and leave until they give juice. After that, put the pan on medium heat and warm it up.

Step 2

Peel the lime zest on a fine grater, squeeze out the juice. 10-15 minutes after cooking the cucumbers, add the prepared ingredients and mint sprigs.

Step 3

Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Remove from heat and cool completely.

Step 5

Repeat steps 3 and 4 3 more times. Remove mint and pour into jars. Seal, turn over and cool completely.
