Canadian Ribs
Canadians prefer to spend their free time watching hockey games and eating barbecue. One of their favorite dishes is ribs marinated in a mixture of ketchup, applesauce, sugar and various spices. How to cook Canadian Ribs
Step 1

Prepare the marinade. Combine the spices, applesauce, ketchup, sugar, lemon juice and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Marinate the meat. Place the ribs in a deep container, pour in the marinade and stir. Cover the container with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3

Bake the ribs. Cover the baking sheet with foil. Place the ribs on it. Put another sheet of foil on top. Put in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees, for 90 minutes. After 40 minutes of cooking, remove the top layer of foil.
