Raf coffee
Raf coffee is a unique signature drink from Russia. It was invented in Moscow and spread all over the world. How to cook Raf coffee
Step 1

Brew coffee. Make espresso in a coffee machine. Pour freshly ground coffee into the holder. Pass boiling water through the coffee. Add regular and vanilla sugar to the resulting espresso.
Step 2

Add cream. Heat the cream to 70 degrees. Pour the cream into the coffee and whip the drink into foam using the steam wand. Warm up the serving cup and pour the raf coffee into it.
