Raf coffee - FAQ About Ingredients, Baking Time and Storage

Yes, you can use instant coffee, but the flavor may be less rich. Dissolve 1-2 teaspoons of instant coffee in hot water and adjust sugar to taste before adding cream.
Replace vanilla sugar with 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste mixed with regular sugar for a similar flavor profile.
Use coconut cream or oat milk for a dairy-free version. Heat and froth it lightly for a creamy texture.
It’s best enjoyed fresh. If needed, store in the fridge for up to 12 hours, then gently reheat and rewhip before serving.
Skip the sugar and use a keto-friendly sweetener like erythritol or stevia, and opt for full-fat heavy cream.
Freezing is not recommended as the texture and flavor will change. Enjoy it fresh or refrigerate for short-term storage.
Use a handheld milk frother, French press, or whisk vigorously while heating the cream to create foam.
Start with half the sugar, taste, and add more gradually. Adjust to your preference before adding cream.
