Step 1

Prepare the filling. Peel the apples from the core, cut into thin slices (leave one apple for decoration). Soak raisins in warm water for 10-15 minutes. Melt the butter in a frying pan and 2-3 minutes. stew apples with white sugar and raisins. Melt the honey in another pan, add the cashews, stir until all the nuts are covered with honey, and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Fry for 1 more minute, remove from heat and pour nuts into apples; mix. Sprinkle a towel with flour and thinly roll out the dough on it, sprinkle it with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the filling over it in an even layer. Raise the near edge of the towel and make the first curl of the roll. Then, holding the towel by the side edges, slowly pull it away from you - the roll will roll up. Transfer the strudel to a greased baking sheet, decorate with thin apple slices laid out in a ladder, sprinkle with brown sugar, cover with foil and bake in the oven at 200ºС for 25 minutes.
