Ingredients
Servings 4- 3 tsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. l. chicken broth
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

- 2 tsp crushed and toasted sesame seeds
- sesame oil
- 3 green onion shoots
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 h. l. rublenoi cilantro
- 1 tsp ground white pepper

- 450 g of tofu
Cooking
Step 1
To prepare the sauce, finely chop the garlic, green onion and de-seeded chili pepper. Mix with the rest of the ingredients, adding 1 tsp. water, set aside.
Step 2
Cut the tofu into 8 lengthwise pieces and let stand for 10 minutes. in a marinade of chicken broth, crushed garlic and white pepper. Remove from marinade, pat dry. Heat the oil in a wok or skillet and brown the marinated tofu on all sides.
Step 3
Remove from heat and transfer to a deep serving dish. Pour in prepared sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
