Scald the buns in a boiling soda solution for 30 seconds, then cut, sprinkle with poppy seeds / sesame seeds / salt. We bake homemade pretzels for 15-18 minutes (depending on size) at 200 degrees.

Cut the cooled buns crosswise. grease the lower part with mayonnaise, lay out the ingredients in turn: sausage, cheese, Korean carrots, onions, mushrooms (I have champignons). We generously grease the top of the bun with mustard and cover our delicious sandwich.
