Breaded pork ribs

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • 1 kg pork ribs
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 st. l. lemon peel
  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh white crumbs
  • 4 Art. l. olive oil
  • 3 tsp seasonings

Cooking

Step 1

Wash the ribs, cut off all excess fat from them. Cut into pieces one by one. Mix soy sauce, zest, lemon juice and 2 tbsp. l. oils. Put the ribs in the mixture, mix thoroughly and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Mix bread crumbs and seasoning.

Step 3

Roll the ribs in the resulting mixture. Fry in the remaining hot oil in batches until cooked through, 7 minutes each. from each side.
