Warm salmon with chanterelles and papaya

How to cook Warm salmon with chanterelles and papaya
Step 1
Peel the garlic, cut in half. Heat half the olive oil in a frying pan, add the garlic, fry it and remove it. Fry the salmon fillet for 3 minutes. on each side, until golden brown, put on a plate, sprinkle with lemon juice. Keep warm until serving. Fry chanterelles in butter until golden brown, add white wine, evaporate, salt and pepper. Peel the papaya, cut into slices, quickly fry in the remaining olive oil. Put warm salmon fillet on a plate, lay chanterelles and papaya slices on the sides. Sprinkle with lemon zest, drizzle with olive oil.
