Turkey liver skewers with apples and sage

How to cook Turkey liver skewers with apples and sage

Step 1

Clean the turkey liver and fill with ice water. Leave on for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Peel the apple and cut into 6-8 slices, depending on the size of the apple. Put in a bowl, pour over 2 tbsp. lemon juice and olive oil, mix.

Step 3

Dry the liver with napkins and cut into cubes with a side of 2.5 cm. Thread on skewers, alternating with slices of apples and sage leaves.

Step 4

Light the coals, heat the grate, brush with oil. Cook the skewers, turning often, for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle the finished skewers with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.
