Tofu with almonds and cocoa

Step 1

Put the cheese on a plate. Mix coconut milk, beans and dark chocolate sauce.

Step 2

Drizzle cheese over prepared sauce. Drizzle with almond milk and vinegar.

Step 3

Top with raisins, ginger, caramelized wheat, cocoa and sesame seeds.

dark chocolate sauce - 25 g
almond milk - 20 g
raisins - 20 g
pickled ginger - 5 g
wheat in caramel - 5 g
balsamic vinegar - 5 g
cocoa Nesquik - 1 g
roasted sesame - 2 g
