Description

To get a delicious dinner, you will have to spend no more than 10 minutes, the rest will be done by the oven. Yes, and you will have to wash the dishes at least - serve the fish directly in the foil in which it was cooked.

Cooking

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200˚C. Prepare 4 sheets of aluminum foil, 35–40 cm long. Cut the zucchini into thin half rings. chop the garlic

Step 2

and finely chop one shallot, mix with 1 tbsp. l. olive oil and zucchini, a little salt and pepper. Divide the vegetables into 4 parts and place on foil.

Step 3

Put the salmon fillet on the vegetables, season with salt, sprinkle with lemon juice and brush the pieces with olive oil.

Step 4

Dice tomatoes and remaining shallots, add oregano and 1 tbsp. l. olive oil, salt and pepper. Put the tomatoes on the fish and seal the envelopes. Transfer the envelopes to a baking sheet and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve in foil.

4 skinless salmon fillets, 150 g each
3 small zucchini
2 shallots or 1 medium red onion
3 large tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
12–1 6 thyme sprigs
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
olive oil
lemon juice
salt
freshly ground black pepper
