Salmon tartare

Today, many dishes are called tartare, for which the ingredients are cut into small cubes: raw, salted or smoked fish tartare, tomato tartare, strawberry tartare ... This one is made from fresh salmon fillet, and an Asian-style dressing gives it a special taste: soy sauce and kimchi sauce.

How to cook Salmon tartare

Step 1

Salmon fillet and cucumber cut into small cubes. Stir and season with a mixture of soy sauce and kimchi.

Step 2

Put on a plate, top with mascarpone cheese quenelle, radish slices, chard leaves.

Step 3

Fry the ciabatta on both sides until golden brown in olive oil and put on a plate.
