Rinse the salmon fillet with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Remove the skin from the fillet, remove small bones with special tweezers, then cut the fillet into 4 portions. Put the starch, mashed potatoes, ground paprika and lemon-flavored pepper into a small bowl and mix well with a wooden spatula. Crack the egg into a separate bowl, season with salt to taste, stir lightly with a whisk. Dip each piece of salmon in the egg so that only the top and sides are covered. Then put the fish (dry side) in the prepared potato mixture and press down. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the prepared fish in the pan with the potato mixture down. Fry over high heat for 3 minutes, until golden brown, then flip and fry on the other side for another 3 minutes, until cooked through.

vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
