1. Wash radishes and daikon, cut off the ends. Peel the daikon. Cut both into thin circles, put in a serving dish. 2. Wash the radish, cut in half and, without removing the peel, cut into thin semicircles. Sprinkle them with salt. After 3 min. shake off the salt and roll the semi-circles into a rose, securing the base with a wooden toothpick. 3. Prepare the sauce. To do this, mix the melted cheese with olive oil, add finely chopped greens and mix again.
