Step 1

Rinse the raisins and pour hot water over them. Shred the cabbage finely. Peel the carrots, grate on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and chop finely. Grind cabbage with carrots and salt. Add onion, mix.

Step 2

Heat the vinegar and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour hot marinade over vegetables. Leave until completely cooled. Then drain the liquid. Add raisins. Mix yogurt and mayonnaise. Add curry, salt and black pepper to taste. Fill the salad.

0.5 red cabbage
2-3 handfuls of raisins
carrots - 1 pc.
0.5 tsp curry powder
sugar - 4 tbsp.
120 ml of mayonnaise
apple cider vinegar - 4 tbsp. l.
120 ml natural yoghurt
0.5 red onion
salt
