How to cook Pork stewed "in red"
Step 1
Wash the leek, cut the white part into very small cubes. Peel the ginger root, chop. * Use only fresh ginger root for this dish. Wash the meat, dry thoroughly with paper towels and cut into cubes with a side of 3 cm.

Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a saucepan, put sugar. Cook, stirring, until sugar turns brown, 2 minutes. Add leeks, ginger, salt and cinnamon. Then put the meat and fry over high heat, constantly turning the pieces, 5 minutes. The sauce should cover the meat on all sides.
Step 3
Add wine and soy sauce to the saucepan. Pour in enough water so that the meat is completely covered, but no more. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
Step 4
Dilute starch in 2 tbsp. l. boiled water. Add to saucepan with meat to thicken sauce. Stir and immediately remove from heat.
Step 5
As a side dish, this dish can be served with boiled rice and zucchini fried in sesame seeds. Wash the zucchini, dry it, cut into circles 1 cm thick. Beat the egg with soy sauce. Pour the sesame into a flat plate.
Step 6
Roll each circle in starch, then dip it in egg and roll in sesame seeds. Prepare the rest of the zucchini in the same way. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry zucchini mugs in it for 1 minute. from each side. * Serve pork, zucchini and rice in separate bowls.
