How to cook Pike dumplings in caviar sauce
Step 1
Chop the pike fillet with a knife, add finely chopped onion and form small dumplings. Boil potatoes, add milk and butter, mash. Fry pike dumplings in a pan.
Step 2
Cut the onion into thin strips, sauté in oil, in a frying pan until tender. Add wine to the finished onion, evaporate a little. Add cream, heat through. Add soy sauce, broth, lemon juice, garlic sauce. Boil the mixture. A few minutes before readiness, add dumplings and caviar. Simmer until done. Put ready-made dumplings with sauce on a plate, decorate with onion and parsley, fried lemon. Serve with mashed potatoes.
