How to cook Pepper in honey
Step 1
Peel the pepper, cut into large pieces and boil in parts in a brine of 1 liter of water, sunflower oil, honey, salt, sugar, pepper and bay leaf for 5 minutes. on low fire. Boiling time should be kept exactly, as needed, add another 250 ml of hot water to the brine. Arrange all peppers in sterilized jars. Add vinegar to the remaining brine, boil and pour pepper. Sterilize and seal jars.
