Okroshka with kvass

Description

One of the main ingredients of okroshka is the meat component. To prepare cold soup, you can use sausages and sausages. However, do not deny yourself the pleasure of trying okroshka with boiled pork, which will give the dish a unique spicy taste and aroma.

Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Boiled pork, potatoes, cucumbers, radishes and eggs cut into cubes with a side of 5 mm. Finely chop the green onion and parsley. Stir.

Step 2

Divide the eggs into protein and yolk. Cut the protein into cubes and add to the prepared mixture.

Step 3

Mash egg yolks with sour cream, add horseradish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gradually stir in kvass.

Step 4

Arrange the mixture of vegetables and meat on plates, pour over the kvass and serve immediately.

3 potatoes
2-3 small cucumbers
6-8 radishes
3 hard boiled eggs
1 bunch of green onions
1 large bunch of parsley
1 st. l. table horseradish or to taste
2 tbsp. l. sour cream
salt and ground black pepper to taste
