How to cook Noodle casserole with carrots and apples
Step 1
Boil the noodles in plenty of salted boiling water until tender, about 4 minutes. Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water, let dry, transfer to a large bowl.
Step 2
Peel the carrots, grate on a coarse grater. Peel the apples and core, also grate on a coarse grater, sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix noodles, carrots and apples, add 3 tbsp. l. oils, sugar, salt and spices. Beat eggs and add to mixture.
Step 3
Grease a suitable sized baking dish with oil. Put the resulting mixture into the form, pour the remaining oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 180ºС for 50 minutes. Serve hot, straight from the tin.
