Step 1

Asian-style noodles with green beans

Prepare the ingredients: cut the onion into half rings, carrots and peppers into strips, rub the garlic on a fine grater.

Step 2

Cook noodles: boil water, add salt, add 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Boil the noodles for about 6-7 minutes. until "al dente". Drain the water, rinse the noodles with cold water.

Step 3

Fry onions, carrots in a pan. After 3 min. add bell pepper and beans. Fry for up to 10 minutes, stirring constantly, at the end add the garlic. Vegetables should not be too soft.

Step 4

Prepare the sauce: mix vinegar, soy sauce and sugar, hot pepper. Heat until sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 5

Add noodles, cilantro, cooked sauce to fried vegetables. Mix everything thoroughly and fry. Decorate with a sprig of parsley.
