Beetroot and Herring Roll

The beetroot roll is somewhat reminiscent of the long-forgotten herring under a fur coat recipe. The unusual presentation and design will make guests remember this recipe for a long time. How to cook Beetroot and Herring Roll
Step 1

Prepare a small sheet of foil to wrap the roll, grate the beetroot directly onto it on a coarse grater, then lightly sprinkle it with salt and grease with mayonnaise.
