1. Sort the mushrooms, wash, pour 1 glass of cold water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, drain in a colander and rinse again under running water. Save mushroom broth. Put the mushrooms on paper napkins to glass the water; then cut into small pieces. 2. Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, fry onion and garlic in it, 2 minutes. Add chopped mushrooms, pour 2 tbsp. l. mushroom decoction. Simmer over medium heat without a lid for 3 minutes. Prepare creamy sauce, add it to the mushrooms. Remove from fire. 3. Preheat the oven to 200ºС. Julien salt, pepper, add ground nutmeg. Arrange on ceramic molds, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Put the molds on a baking sheet filled with water so that the water reaches the middle of their height. Bake 4 min.
