Step 1

Finely chop the turkey meat and onion. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add water. Stir and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

For the sauce, finely chop the garlic and cilantro, mix with yogurt, salt.

Step 3

Cut tomatoes and red onion into rings.

Step 4

Cut the buns lengthwise and toast on the grill.

Step 5

Form cutlets from minced meat and fry on the grill until cooked. Place a slice of cheese on each cutlet.

Step 6

Assembling burgers: bun, sauce, lettuce, onion, tomato, cheese patty, sauce, bun.

bunch of lettuce
meat from turkey thighs 300 g
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
onion 2 pcs.

cold water 50 ml
cilantro (any greens to taste) bunch
