How to cook Appetizer from turkey breast “Tender”
Step 1

Rinse the brisket, dry it.
Step 2

Crush the peppers and fennel in a mortar.
Step 3

Put the breast on a silicone mat on a wire rack (or on parchment on a baking sheet), salt and sprinkle with spices on both sides, lightly oil the top. Leave for 30 min.
Step 4

Cook at 85 degrees - 50 minutes. (depending on the thickness of the piece).
Step 5
