Envelopes with raspberries

Raspberry envelopes are an exquisite and delicious pastry that is quite easy to prepare, because ready-made puff pastry is used as a base. You can take fresh or frozen raspberries, and if you don’t have them, then just put any other berries you can find. These puff pastries can be served as a dessert or prepared for breakfast and enjoyed with a cup of coffee.
How to cook Envelopes with raspberries
Step 1

Divide the puff pastry into 6 squares.
Step 2

Place a teaspoon of jam and one berry in the center of each square.
Step 3

Form the envelopes: connect the opposite corners to each other and pinch the edges. Leave the puff pastries for 20 minutes at room temperature so that they “stand” a little.
Step 4

Brush the puff pastries with egg yolk and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Step 5

Sprinkle the finished puff pastries with powdered sugar and decorate with fresh raspberries. Enjoy.
