Green salad with rice

Step 1

Mix fresh peas with sesame paste, vinegar and olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Grind in a blender until smooth.

Step 2

Boil rice, cut vegetables.

Step 3

To make cilantro oil, mix olive oil with chopped cilantro.

Step 4

Put mousse, vegetables, lettuce and rice on a dish. Drizzle with honey mustard sauce and cilantro oil. Garnish with cilantro leaves and pumpkin seeds.

olive oil - 10 g
salt, sugar - to taste
iceberg lettuce - 20 g
lolo rosso salad - 20 g
avocado - 30 g
cucumbers - 20 g
honey mustard sauce - 20 g
pumpkin seeds - 5 g
pickled white onion - 20 g
Thai rice - 130 g
cilantro oil - 10 g
cilantro - 5 g
