Cooking

Step 1

Rinse and dry the herbs and peppers, chop coarsely. Peel the garlic.

Step 2

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Step 3

Add vinegar, vegetable oil and salt. Grind to a homogeneous consistency. Salt. Serve with fish, poultry and grilled meat.
