Green adjika

Adjika - Abkhazian spicy, spicy paste, used as a seasoning, as well as for flavoring meat and fish dishes. Classic adjika is made from hot peppers with the addition of garlic, herbs and spices. There are several types of this seasoning. In this recipe, we will tell you how to cook green adjika. Made from hot green peppers, it is especially spicy and hot. How to cook Green adjika
Step 1
Rinse and dry the herbs and peppers, chop coarsely. Peel the garlic.
Step 2
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Step 3
