Fondue with fruit stuffed with nuts

How to cook Fondue with fruit stuffed with nuts
Step 1
Remove pits from dried fruits. Lightly beat the egg with a whisk. Mix the beaten egg and 100 g of powdered sugar thoroughly and heat in a water bath until the mixture thickens. Add the ground almonds and the remaining icing sugar to the mixture, stir until a paste forms. Distribute the resulting mass into small pieces, give them an oval shape and alternately stuff the dried fruits with mass and nuts. Close the edges of dried fruits around the filling. Carefully peel the zest from the orange and chop it finely. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, adding the zest. Dip the stuffed fruit into the chocolate. Put the resulting sweets on parchment and place in the refrigerator to harden.
