Focaccia with salmon

Step 1

Mix both types of flour, yeast, salt, sugar, butter and water until smooth. Roll out on a baking sheet and bake until done.

Step 2

Cut the focaccia into two equal pieces. Put tomatoes, cucumbers, salmon, lettuce leaves and Caesar dressing on half of the focaccia. Then, close everything with the second half and cut into several parts.

Step 3

You can serve mustard, red onion and pickled gherkins, as in the photo.

flour (finely ground) - 100 g
yeast - 1.5 g
salt - 3 g
sugar - 3 g
olive oil - 7 g
water - 55 g
slightly salted salmon - 40 g
fresh tomatoes - 30 g
fresh cucumbers - 30 g
lettuce leaves - 20 g
Caesar sauce - 40 g
